Why these socks?

The real problem: a work boot lets almost no sweat out. Your sock holds it against your skin all shift. That trapped sweat is behind cold toes, blisters and the smell at quitting time.

Move: a nylon-polyester blend that takes on very little moisture, plus a vented top, so sweat moves off your skin instead of soaking in.

Cushion: extra cushioning under the heel and ball, where concrete hits. Thin on top so it fits your boot.

Hold + Last: arch band, deep heel pocket, a cuff built to stay up, and a reinforced heel and toe for steel and composite caps.

Materials & care

Fabric: 30% polyamide (nylon), 60% polyester, 10% spandex. Wool-free, cotton-free.

Care: machine wash with your work clothes, tumble dry low.

If you're on concrete 10 to 12 hours a day

Your boots aren't the problem. Your socks are.

You know the drill. Feet cooked by noon. An ice bath by 2 p.m. A spare pair in the truck for lunch. And the smell when the boots come off at home.

So you bought better boots. New insoles. Powder. A second pair of socks. None of it touched the real cause: a work boot lets almost no sweat out, and your sock holds it against your skin all day.

01

It's not your steel toes freezing your feet. It's your sweat.

Trapped sweat can strip up to a third of a boot's insulation at the toes.

02

It's not your boots giving you blisters. It's the moisture.

Damp skin rubs several times harder than dry skin. That rubbing is what becomes a blister.

03

Your shift shouldn't come home with you.

Foot odor has a name: isovaleric acid. Bacteria make it from the sweat sitting in a warm, wet boot.

A quick-dry blend that helps cut the sweat build-up odor starts with.

  4. Sore feet
