Return and Refunds policy

At Silorah, we want you to love your socks. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Order cancellation You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at contact.silorah@gmail.com

 After 1 hour, your order is being prepared and can no longer be cancelled.

Return window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

Return conditions  For hygiene reasons, we can only accept socks that are:

  • unworn and unwashed;
  • in their original packaging, with tags attached.

Bundle offers (for example, Buy 1 Get 1 Free) must be returned in full.

How to return

  1. Email us at contact.silorah@gmail.com: with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions. Packages sent without our approval will not be accepted.
  3. Ship your package to: Dubaï United Arab Emirates (Please contact us by email so that the return address can be provided to you.)

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Returns are shipped to Dubai (United Arab Emirates), so please check the shipping price before sending your return. Any customs fees related to the return are also your responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

You agree to our return policy when making your purchase. No refund requests will be accepted, and no bank disputes will be upheld, if you do not return your package.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within [5–10] business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Defective, damaged or wrong items If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email us at contact.silorah@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement with no need to send the item back.

Size exchanges To get a different size, return your item following the conditions above, then place a new order.
