Where we ship

We ship to all addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, your order arrives in [7 to 10] business days. In total, please allow [12 to 15] business days from order to delivery.

Shipping costs

The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are included. Y ou will not pay anything extra on delivery.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will email you with a revised shipping date. 

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, email us at contact.silorah@gmail.com within 1 hour of ordering.

If a package is returned to us because of an ncorrect address, reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check around your home and with your neighbors, then wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as

delivered early). After that, email us at contact.silorah@gmail.com: we will open an investigation with the carrier and work out a solution with you.
